Tumblr is one of the most popular microblogging services out there. To explain what Tumblr is, I must explain what microblogging is because Tumblr is Microblogging. Microblogging is blogging, with a twist. The posts are mainly shorter, and the content can be mainly photos, links, audio, video, and other content then just dominantly text and articles. Microblogging is usually more social, but themed to a specific theme like cars or school.
